1. Cancel Anytime, No Commitment

We understand that your needs may change, and we’re happy to offer the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. Whether you’re on a monthly or yearly plan, you can cancel your subscription whenever you choose, without being locked into a long-term commitment. We believe in providing you with the freedom to manage your account on your terms.

2. Subscription Ends at the End of Your Billing Cycle

When you cancel your subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. For monthly plans, this means that your subscription will continue to work until the end of the current month, and will automatically be canceled at the start of the next month. For yearly plans, your subscription will remain active until the anniversary of your billing month cycle, which means the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current month.

This ensures that you have access to the platform for the full duration of what you’ve paid for, giving you time to transition away from the service if needed.

3. Refund Policy for Yearly Plans

If you’re on a yearly subscription and decide to cancel midway through the year, we offer a pro-rated refund. The refund is calculated based on the monthly price of your plan, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you’ve used part of the year, we will calculate the equivalent monthly charge for each of the months you’ve used.
  • The refund will be for the months remaining after deducting the monthly charges based on the price of your plan.

For example, if you cancel halfway through the year, we will calculate the amount you’ve already paid, subtract the amount based on the months you’ve used, and refund the balance for the remaining months.

4. Removal of Payment Information

Once you cancel your subscription, we will promptly begin removing your payment details from our system. This includes any ECS (Electronic Clearing Service), autodebit, or credit card information associated with your account. We take your privacy and security seriously, and you can be assured that your payment information will not be used for future charges once you have canceled your subscription.

We will ensure that any scheduled payments for future billing cycles, such as automatic renewal or auto-debit transactions, are stopped within a reasonable time frame before your next billing date. However, please note that any charges already processed before cancellation cannot be refunded unless covered by our refund policy for yearly plans.

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Canceling your subscription with ManagePlus is easy:

  1. Log into your account on the ManagePlus platform.
  2. Go to the Account Settings section.
  3. Select Subscription Plans and follow the steps to cancel your plan.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request is processed.
