1. Log in to your profile
2. Click on the "Profile" section.
3. Clicked on "Manage Account" option
4. Select the "Lead Score" option.
5. The "Lead Scoring" page will open.
6. Click on "Add New Rule" to create a new scoring rule.
7. Define and add the required rule.
8. Choose an option from the "Select Activity" dropdown menu.
9. Assign the appropriate score.
10. Click on "Update Rule" to save the changes.
11. Open the "Customer" page.
12. Click on the customer's name to edit their details.
13. In the "Log" dropdown field, select the "Log SMS" option.
14. The "Log SMS" page will open.
15. Add the necessary content to the page.
16. Click on the "Log Activity" button to save the entry.
17. Return to the "Customer" page.
18. Verify the "Lead Score" field to see the updated score from the logged activity.
