How to add score in customer activity ?

Step- 1. Log in to your profile

Step- 2. Click on the “Profile” section.

Step- 3. Clicked on “Manage Account” option

Step- 4. Select the “Lead Score” option.

Step- 5. The “Lead Scoring” page will open.

Step- 6. Click on “Add New Rule” to create a new scoring rule.

Step- 7. Define and add the required rule.

Step- 8. Choose an option from the “Select Activity” dropdown menu.

Step- 9. Assign the appropriate score.

Step- 10. Click on “Update Rule” to save the changes.

Step- 11. Open the “Customer” page.

Step- 12. Click on the customer’s name to edit their details.

Step- 13. In the “Log” dropdown field, select the “Log SMS” option.

Step- 14. The “Log SMS” page will open.

Step- 15. Add the necessary content to the page.

Step- 16. Click on the “Log Activity” button to save the entry.

Step- 17. Return to the “Customer” page.

Step- 18. Verify the “Lead Score” field to see the updated score from the logged activity.
